Eulalia "Lola" Raposo - Founder
Founder Spotlight
Lola was born in Lajes, Terceira, Portugal. In the summer of 1969, shortly before turning 9 years old, she immigrated to the United States with her parents and older brother. Like many Portuguese emigrantes at the time, her family settled in Lowell, MA, where they began building their new life.
Lola spent her childhood in Lowell and completed her schooling there. She and her family became deeply involved in the local Portuguese community, a connection that would remain an important part of her life. Over the years, Lola participated in numerous cultural traditions and community organizations, including the traditional Carnaval dances of Terceira and serving as a director for the Holy Ghost Society and Trindade, among many other community activities.
Lola's professional journey took her through several different industries and ultimately into entrepreneurship. She began her career at Wang Laboratories in Lowell before opening her own business, Laulita's Craft Castle, where she taught classes and sold her handmade art and creations. She later spent several years working at Polaroid and eventually Intel before making the leap into business ownership once again.
In 2010, Lola recognized a need within the community she had been a part of most of her life; accessible, professional, trustworthy, and reliable tax and financial services. From that need came CCC Total Financial Services, originally founded as Comfort Credit Counseling.
CCC began in Lola's home office in Lowell, where she personally worked with clients and built the business one relationship at a time. As word spread and her client base grew, so did the company. What started as a home-based operation eventually expanded to three locations and a much broader range of services. Through her work ethic, determination, and commitment to the people she served, Lola transformed an idea into the company CCC is today.
After 15 years of building and leading CCC, Lola passed the business on to the next generation, selling the company to her daughter, Natasha Rosario, in 2025. With the transition complete, she traded New England winters for the Sunshine State and now calls Palm Coast, FL home.
Today, Lola's focus is a little different. She spends more of her time relaxing, enjoying the Florida sunshine, and gardening. She continues to assist a small number of clients in Florida and remains connected to CCC from behind the scenes, sharing the experience, perspective, and guidance that can only come from the person who started it all.
What began as a small tax preparation business in a Lowell home has grown into a multi-location company serving clients across a wide range of financial and professional needs. Lola's determination, perseverance, work ethic, commitment to her community, and ability to build lasting relationships laid the foundation for that growth.
Those values didn't retire when she did. They remain at the heart of CCC and continue to guide the next generation as the company grows and evolves.
Natasha Rosario - President & Owner
Current Role
Natasha is the President and Owner of CCC Total Financial Services as well as the Owner and Broker of CCC Realty, Inc. She oversees the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and continued growth of both companies.
With extensive experience in accounting, tax preparation, financial services, and real estate; Natasha works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to provide personalized solutions tailored to their financial and real estate needs. Her commitment to exceptional service and long-term client relationships remains at the heart of everything she does.

About Natasha
Born and raised in Lowell, MA, Natasha is the daughter of Eulalia Raposo, founder of CCC Total Financial Services. Growing up in a hardworking Portuguese family helped shape the values of dedication, respect, integrity, and community that continue to guide her personally and professionally.
Natasha has a deep appreciation for her Portuguese heritage and enjoys staying involved in the Portuguese community and its traditions, while also supporting the many diverse communities she serves.
Today, Natasha is proud to carry forward the business her mother founded and that she helped grow over the years. She takes great pride in continuing her mother's legacy of providing trusted, personalized support to individuals and families throughout the community.
Natasha continues to reside in her hometown of Lowell and remains committed to serving the community that has played such an important role in her life and career.

Career Overview
Natasha's professional experience spans multiple industries and more than two decades. She began working in accounting shortly after high school before expanding her professional experience into other fields, including more than six years with the American Red Cross.
She ultimately returned to her roots in accounting and built her career around tax preparation, financial services, business support, and real estate.
Her diverse professional background allows Natasha to take a comprehensive approach when working with her clients. Rather than viewing each service independently, she understands how taxes, business finances, personal financial decisions, and real estate can work together. This experience allows her to assist clients through many stages of their financial lives - from tax preparation to business and accounting needs, homeownership, and real estate investing.
Above all, Natasha believes in providing knowledgeable, dependable, and personalized services while building lasting relationships with the clients and communities she serves.

Frank Abrantes - Director of Business Development
Current Role
Frank oversees the continued growth and development of the CCC family of businesses, while working directly with clients across several areas of the business. He provides tax preparation, accounting, real estate, and other financial and business-related services. Frank also provides personal and commercial insurance services through CCC's partner company, Silverio Insurance.

About Frank
Frank was born in Cambridge, MA, and comes from a Portuguese-Brazilian family. His heritage and upbringing have played an important role in shaping who he is, both personally and professionally. He has a strong passion for being in the Portuguese and Brazilian communities while also supporting the many other communities and individuals CCC serves.
Frank has called Derry, NH home for more than 20 years. Growing up, he was taught the importance of hard work, respect, and always looking for opportunities to learn and improve - values that continue to guide his approach today.
Motivated by growth and new challenges, Frank is constantly expanding his knowledge and experience. He brings a younger and forward-thinking perspective to CCC while maintaining the personal, relationship-focused approach on which the company was built.

Career Overview
Frank's professional experience spans banking, finance, tax and accounting, real estate, and insurance, giving him a broad understanding of the different financial decisions individuals and businesses face.
Before joining CCC, Frank worked at a credit union, where he progressed from Teller to Financial Services Representative and eventually to Commercial Credit Analyst. During his time in banking, he gained valuable experience opening and servicing various types of accounts, assisting clients with lending needs, and analyzing the financial statements and tax returns of businesses seeking commercial financing.
That experience provided Frank with a strong foundation in understanding both personal and business finances. Today, he applies that knowledge across the different services he provides at CCC.
Rather than looking at each financial decision independently, Frank strives to take a more comprehensive approach. Whether a client is preparing their taxes, managing a business, purchasing real estate, or reviewing their insurance needs, he considers how those decision may connect to the client's larger financial picture.

Current Role
Maria provides tax preparation services at CCC Total Financial Services, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the clients she serves. With decades of knowledge and long-standing relationships within the community, Maria is a value and experienced member of the CCC family.
About Maria
Originally from Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal, Maria immigrated to the United States and has remained closely connected to the Portuguese community throughout her life and career.
Her experience in tax preparation spans more than three decades. Before becoming part of CCC, Maria worked with the original GTS Tax Services company in Cambridge that would later become part of CCC Total Financial Services. When Lola expanded CCC through the acquisition, Maria continued on as an essential part of the team, bringing with her years of experience and many established client relationships.
Today, Maria continues to provide tax preparation services and is one of CCC's longest serving and most experienced tax professionals. Over the years, she has assisted generations of individuals and families with their tax needs, with many relationships extending well beyond a single tax season.
