THE START OF THE COMPANY
CCC Total Financial Services, originally known as Comfort Credit Counseling, was founded by Eulalia "Lola" Raposo in 2010. Lola recognized a need within the Portuguese and Brazilian communities of the Greater Lowell Area for reliable tax preparation and financial services and decided to fill that need.
She took the risk and opened her tax preparation and financial services business right out of her home in Lowell. Year after year, the business continued to grow. As her client base expanded, Lola enlisted the help of her daughter, Natasha Rosario, who joined her mother in providing clients with the personal, quality service that had become the foundation of the business.
Eventually, CCC outgrew Lola's home office and moved into its Lowell office on Rogers Street.
As the business continued to expand, Lola saw an opportunity to serve Portuguese and Brazilian communities beyond Greater Lowell. She began assisting another tax preparer with offices in Cambridge and Milford. After several years of working with the business, Lola purchased it and incorporated those locations into the growing CCC Total Financial Services family.
What started as a small business in Lola's home had grown into a multi-location company serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.
CONTINUED GROWTH
As CCC continued to evolve, the Cambridge office was relocated to its current home in Medford, providing clients with improved accessibility and parking. Medford continued to thrive alongside the Lowell and Milford locations.
At the same time, CCC's services expanded well beyond tax preparation and bookkeeping. The company began offering a broader range of tax, accounting, business, real estate, and other financial services, furthering CCC's goal of becoming a one-stop resource for the financial needs of individuals and businesses.
The team grew as well. What began with Lola and Natasha expanded to include Frank Abrantes, Director of Business Development and Financial Representative, and Maria Braz, Seasonal Tax Preparer, who originally worked with the firm Lola later acquired. Together, the CCC team brings more than 50 years of combined experience to the clients and communities it serves.
Throughout all of that growth, one thing has remained unchanged: CCC's commitment to its clients and community.
While our roots are proudly connected to the Portuguese and Brazilian communities that helped build our business, today we are proud to serve individuals and businesses from all communities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
CURRENT BUSINESS
Today, CCC Total Financial Services serves more than 1,000 individuals and businesses throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
As our business and communities have changed, CCC has continued to evolve with them. Our clients - many of whom we have come to consider family and friends - remain at the center of everything we do.
As part of that evolution, we made the difficult decision to close our Milford office in 2023 so that we could better focus our resources and serve our clients as a whole. We also made the decision to grow our Lowell office in the year prior, moving to our current location on Warren Street, providing clients with better privacy, better accessibility, and better parking. Our operations remain strong through our Lowell and Medford offices, where we continue to expand our services and meet the changing needs of our clients.
Our commitment to providing comprehensive services also led to the creation of CCC Realty, Inc. After becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker, Natasha expanded the CCC family of businesses into real estate. Since opening in 2024, CCC Realty has continued to grow while helping clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire with their real estate needs.
CCC has also strengthened its partnership with Silverio Insurance. With Frank becoming a licensed insurance producer, our clients have greater access to assistance with their personal and business insurance needs.
Together, these relationships allow us to provide clients with support across many important areas of their financial lives - from taxes and accounting to business services, real estate, and insurance.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
In July 2025, CCC Total Financial Services entered a new chapter when Lola stepped down and sold the business to her daughter, Natasha Rosario.
We are incredibly grateful for everything Lola built over the years. What began in her Lowell home in 2010 grew into a business that has helped thousands of people and become an important part of the communities we serve. While Lola has stepped away from the day-to-day operations of CCC, we look forward to continuing to benefit from her guidance and occasional assistance.
For Natasha, this new chapter is also a continuation of a journey that began alongside her mother. Having been part of CCC since its early years, she understands the values on which the company was built and remains committed to carrying them forward.
That commitment is simple: provide quality service at fair prices while keeping each client's individual needs, circumstances, and goals at the forefront of what we do.
And CCC continues to grow. We are excited to welcome Beatriz Paim to CCC Realty's New Hampshire sales team as we continue expanding our ability to serve clients throughout the region.
None of this growth would be possible without the clients who have supported CCC over the years. As we look toward the future, our goal remains the same as it was when Lola started the business in 2010: to be a trusted resource our clients can turn to for their financial, business, real estate, and insurance needs.
From one home office to the growing family of businesses we are today, we're excited to see where the next chapter takes us.
