The Start of the Company
CCC Total Financial Services was founded by Eulalia (Lola) Raposo. Back in 2010, Lola saw a need in the Portuguese and Brazilian community in the Greater Lowell Area for tax preparation and other financial services. She knew she had to fill that need. She took the risk and opened up her tax preparation and financial services business right out of her home in Lowell. Year over year her business continued to grow and to support the workflow, she enlisted the help of her daughter, Natasha Rosario. She came on to help her mother to ensure that the cliental got the best service they could possibly get. Since then, the business has continued to grow and succeed. She moved out of her home office and into her new office on Rogers Street in Lowell.
Continued Growth
As the business grew, Lola knew that she had to expand and broaden her business to meet the needs not only in Greater Lowell, but other major Portuguese and Brazilian communities. That is when she started assisting another tax preparer out of Cambridge and Milford. After a few years of assisting this business, she purchased that business and grew her company, CCC Total Financial Services. Since then, she has been able to grow all three locations and has helped many individuals and businesses in the Portuguese and Brazilian communities.
Current Business
CCC Total Financial Services now helps over 1,000 individuals and businesses in Massachusetts. Lola moved the Cambridge business to its current location in Medford that features better parking and accessibility for cliental. Medford has continued to thrive alongside Lowell and Milford. Services have expanded from tax preparation and bookkeeping to various tax services, business services, real estate services and many other financial services. CCC has become the one stop shop for all individual and business financial needs. The team has grown from Lola and Natasha to include another full-time financial representative and Director of Business Development, Frank Abrantes, and a seasonal tax preparer, Maria Braz. CCC has over 25 years in combined expertise amongst all of the team. CCC continues to grow and continues to support the community. CCC has always been and will always be here for not only the Portuguese and Brazilian communities, but all communities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Future Plans
As the business continues to grow and as the community continues to grow, CCC will adapt as needed to ensure that the clients, who we consider family and friends, come first. Our clients deserve the best services and best financial support and we are determined to do that. We will also continue to expand to reach our communities. As part of that determination and commitment, Natasha has expanded the business and is now a Real Estate Broker. With that, we are excited to announce that CCC Realty, Inc is officially open and ready for business to assist all of our clients with their real estate needs. As the business adapts and as the community adapts, we will adapt and adjust with it. We are here for our clients and will always put them at the forefront of our business. CCC Total Financial Services will continue to be the one stop shop for all financial needs in our communities!
