Natasha is the Broker and Owner of CCC Realty, Inc. bringing more than 12 years of real estate experience to clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Born and raised in Lowell, MA, Natasha has built her career around helping buyers, sellers, renters, and investors confidently navigate the real estate process.
As Broker, Natasha oversees the operations and continued growth of CCC Realty while remaining actively involved with her own clients. Her extensive real estate experience, combined with her background in accounting and financial services, gives her a well-rounded perspective when helping clients make one of their most important financial decisions.
Whether purchasing a first home, selling a longtime property, investing in real estate, or making the move to something new, Natasha is committed to providing knowledgeable, dependable, and personalized guidance from the first conversation through closing.
Frank Abrantes - Realtor (MA & NH)
Frank is a Massachusetts and New Hampshire Realtor with more than 8 years of experience in helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate. A longtime New Hampshire resident with roots in Massachusetts, Frank works with clients throughout both states and assists in the continued growth and development of CCC Realty.
Frank's background in banking, finance, accounting, and insurance gives him a unique perspective when approaching real estate. Before joining CCC, he worked in banking and commercial lending, where he gained experience evaluating personal and business finances, lending needs, and investment opportunities. Today, he uses that knowledge to help his real estate clients better understand the financial side of their decisions - not just the transaction itself.

Beatriz Paim - Realtor (NH)
Beatriz is the newest member of the CCC Realty team, having earned her New Hampshire real estate license in 2026.
